What Happens When You Call
We start with the problem, not a product. A chlorine smell at the kitchen tap points toward whole-home filtration or reverse osmosis. White crust on showerheads and glass doors points toward a water softener. From there we ask where your main line enters, whether the builder left a softener loop in the garage, and what sits near the water heater. Those answers decide fitting sizes, bypass valve placement and how much copper or PEX we need to run.
Sometimes the right answer depends on more than a description. When that happens, we say so plainly and tell you what we need to know before anything is priced. Standard professional installation is included for qualifying homes, and we explain on the call what qualifies for your layout.
Have These Ready Before You Call
- A short description of what bothers you, such as taste, odor, spotting or scale on fixtures.
- Where your main water line enters your home and whether a capped softener loop sits in the garage or utility area.
- Whether there is a floor drain, standpipe or open electrical outlet near that spot, since softeners and UV systems need one or both.
- The brand and rough age of any filter, softener or under-sink unit already in place.
